Ewoud Kulk

Ewoud Kulk "was a director of Promina Group Limited at the date of the merger with Suncorp. Mr Kulk was Managing Director of the Australian General Insurance Group (1994 to 1998) and was appointed Group Director Asia Pacific for Royal and Sun Alliance Insurance Group Pty Ltd in March 1998. He continued in that role until his retirement in September 2003. He is also a past president of the Insurance Council of Australia and has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry."
