Frances Ogwo "(Ms.) is the Executive Director of HURILAWS. She joined HURILAWS in March 1998 as a Programme Assistant and later Programme Officer from 1999 - 2001. From September 2001 - 2003, Frances was the Chief Operating Officer of HURILAWS until her appointment as the Executive Director. Frances holds a Masters Degree in International Law and Diplomacy (M.I.L.D.) from University of Lagos, Nigeria and a B.A. (Hons) Degree from Abia State University. Frances has the charge of HURILAWS’ Gender Equality and Development Programme, in addition to carrying out other responsibilities. She is a member of the Nigerian Society of International Law and Amnesty International, Nigeria. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators & Conciliators, Concerned Professionals and Association of Women's Rights in Development (AWID)." [1]
