Biographical Information

Gerry was appointed a non-executive Director of Cenkos Securities "in April 2012, and was appointed Chairman of the Company in May 2012. Gerry enjoyed a long career as a fund manager and was an executive Director of Schroder Investment Management Limited until 2002, managing both institutional segregated and pooled pension funds and unit trusts. He is currently Non-executive Chairman of Electric & General Investment Fund and is a Non-executive Director of Henderson Group plc and Mecom Group plc. In addition, he was an executive Director of Majedie Investments plc and Chief Executive and founder of Javelin Capital LLP until April 2011."
