Harold Hamm is the CEO of oil giant Continental Resources. He was acknowledged at the privately held Koch seminar in June 2011 in Vail, Colorado for donating at least $1 million to Koch-related causes.
In March 2012, the Romney campaign announced that Hamm would lead the candidate’s energy policy, joining a team that already includes coal lobbyist Jim Talent and tar-sands lobbyist David Wilkins.
Hamm is also a member of the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission
