Biographical Information

Helena Molyneux "is an organisational consultant in people strategy, change and communications. She has extensive international senior management experience in HR in both the private and public sectors. She was HR Director for the British Council for eight years and, prior to that, for Bankers Trust Company in Europe. Her involvement in international development started with her interest in geography, in which she graduated. A VSO assignment in Sierra Leone was followed by a further two years there lecturing in geography at Fourah Bay College. She has served as Vice Chair of Traidcraft Plc, the pioneer fair trading business, and Chair of Progressio, the skill share and advocacy NGO. She has an MBA from Cranfield and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development." [1]
