Biographical Information
"Ian is a qualified accountant. He is the Chief Executive of a consultancy business specialising in (re)insurancing business going through change, including assisting clients in developing plans and managing strategic transactions, sourcing of investment capital, financial and commercial due diligence, and interim management . In this role he is Director of several companies including two (re)insurance companies. He previously held Director roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Castlewood and CarVal (both acquirers of (re)insurers). In the charity sector, he was the Treasurerr at Resource Information Services, which merged with Homeless Link in April 2009, at which point Ian was appointed as Treasurer for Homeless Link. He is also the Treasurer of Connections at St Martin's, a Trustee (and member of various committees) of Independent Age and of McMaster University Trust. He is also on Homeless Link’s Finance Sub Committee."[1]
