"Jan Morgan is President of Morgan Amadeo LLC, an international consulting group focusing on strategic planning and project implementation for NGO’s, nonprofit organizations, governments, start-up companies and social venture enterprises.

"Jan was the Director of Not-for-Profit Consulting Services at RSM McGladrey in New York. The cGladrey Group is the fifth largest consulting, tax and accounting firm in the United States. She was Director of the American Express Tax & Business Services’ Not-for-Profit Consulting Practice at the time of the RSM McGladrey acquisition in 2005. Most recently Jan has worked with the French Institute Alliance Française, Living Cities: National Community Development Corporation, Friends of the World Food Program, United Nations World Food Programme - Rome, Rubin Museum of Art, Jewish Recovery Houses, Fiorella H. LaGuardia Community College and Lighthouse International.

"Before joining American Express TBS in 2003, Jan served as Managing Director of Media Minds Group in Greenwich CT. Her clients included Warner Lambert, Tourismo Cocha SA, D & B and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She worked with Wharton’s Emeritus Professor, Dr. Howard V. Perlmutter developing and presenting his principles of Deep Dialog and Collaborative Social Architecture.

"Prior to Media Minds, Jan was a Founding Partner of Zink Communications; later acquired and known as The Zink Group, a communications and management consulting agency with more than 350 employees, 400 consultants and 4 locations in the US. During her 17-year tenure she advised over 50 organizations including: Apple, American Express, IBM, Citigroup, AT&T, Computer Associates, France Telecom US, Hoffmann La-Roche, Pfizer, D & B, Mercedes Benz US, Xerox, SmithKline Beecham, Merck, Metropolitan Life, Random House, Schering Plough, New York Life and William Morrow.

"Jan holds a Duke Global MBA, from the Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. She serves on the Board of Trustees of Antioch University. She lectures, facilitates board retreats and is a member of many organizations including Social Venture Network, Women Donors Network, Women in Development, Association of Fundraising Professionals, Bioneers, and Business for Social Responsibility."
