John Battelle "is a Visiting Professor at the Graduate School of Journalism, UC Berkeley. Battelle is one of the co-founders of Wired and the Founder and former CEO of Standard Media International ("The Standard"), publisher of The Industry Standard and TheStandard.com. He was recently named a "Global Leader for Tomorrow" by the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. He was also a lecturer at the Weblog class that created the Berkeley Intellectual Property Weblog." [1]
