Biographical Information

"Lee Chalmers (Vice Chair) is a Development and Leadership Consultant, working in the private sector across the globe through her own Leadership Coaching business. She has a passion for women’s leadership, working with senior female executives, delivering Diversity and Inclusion training and facilitating diversity strategy sessions. As well as being an elected board member she is also a Cherie Blair Foundation Mentor, has made a documentary film on the future for women, has set up a strong women’s network, blogs about women’s issues, is involved in cross party efforts to increase the number of female MP’s and is a regular speaker on women’s issues."[1]

"I am a specialist in running ‘development journeys’ for business leaders, undertaken in countries such as Spain, Brazil and India. I am also an experienced international trainer, delivering programmes in countries such as Australia, Russia, Pakistan, Canada, Vietnam, China and Oman.
