Mark H. Ronald "has served as the chairman of the board of BAE Systems Inc., the wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary of BAE Systems plc, a British aerospace and defense company, since January 2007. He served as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the board of directors of BAE Systems plc and President and Chief Executive Officer of BAE Systems Inc. from 2003 to 2006. He is also a director of DynCorp International Inc. and Cobham plc." [1]
