Mark Poynter is a forestry consultant and is serving as the voluntary Media Liaison Officer for the Institute of Foresters of Australia in the lead up to the November 2006 state election in Victoria.
Poynter was a speaker at the Australian Environment Foundation's Inaugural Conference 2006.
