Natalie Bennett is the leader of the UK Green Party.
"Natalie’s a trustee of Britain’s largest feminist group, the Fawcett Society; an active member of The People's Supermarket co-operative, seeking to provide an alternative model of food supplies; is currently working with the Wards Corner campaign in Tottenham to help support small businesses and their workers; and is a member of the board of the Green European Journal. She was a leader in the local campaign against the UKCMRI medical research laboratory in her home ward of Somers Town, testifying to the House of Commons Selection Committee on Science and Technology, and serves as a Green school governor in a deeply deprived area of Camden. She’s a member of both Compass and the New Economics Foundation."
