Biography

Professor Williams is a tenured professor of law at the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. He was formerly the Dean of the Cumberland School of Law. Prior to that, he was a tenured professor of law and Dean of the University of Mississippi School of Law. Professor Williams obtained a B.A. and LL.B. from the University of Mississippi, and an LL.M. from Yale Law School. He was used as an expert in the Mississippi case.
