Biographical Information
"Paul Roy co-founded NewSmith Capital Partners, an independent investment management firm in 2003. Prior to this, he was Co-President of the Global Markets and Investment Banking division at Merrill Lynch, an Executive Vice President of Merrill Lynch & Co Inc. and a member of the Executive Management Committee. Paul is Chairman of the British Horseracing Authority and is a member of the Horserace Betting Levy Board." [1]
