"Dr. Ross R. Bhappu, Ph.D., is a Senior Partner of Resource Capital Funds, Resource Capital Fund II, L.P., Resource Capital Fund III, L.P., Resource Capital Fund IV, L.P. Dr. Bhappu was a Senior Partner of Resource Capital Fund I, L.P. He has experience in the mining industry and worked for both large and small (junior) mining companies. Prior to early 2001, Dr. Bhappu served as the Chief Executive Officer of GTN Copper Corporation. His responsibilities included managing various feasibility studies and metallurgical test work programs, conducting investor relations activities, raising private funds, and preparing for both debt and equity capital fundraisings. Dr. Bhappu served as a Director of Business Development at Newmont Mining Corporation, where he was involved in merger and acquisition activities including the sale of a portion of the Batu Hijau mine in Indonesia, the marketing of copper concentrates to smelters all over the world, business development activities, and the commercialization of Newmont's proprietary metallurgical technologies. Dr. Bhappu worked for Cyprus Amax Minerals Company (also known as Cyprus Minerals Company) in both technical and financial roles. He has been the Chairman and Director of MolyCorp. Minerals, LLC. He serves as the Chairman of Molycorp Minerals, LLC. Dr. Bhappu served as the Chairman and Director of MolyCorp, Inc. from September 2008 to December 19, 2013. He has been a Director of Neo Material Technologies Inc. since May 2012, IC Potash Corp. since November 2014 and Traxys S.A. Dr. Bhappu has been a Non-Executive Director of Ambre Energy Limited since November 16, 2011. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Anglo Asian Mining PLC from November 1, 2005 to July 23, 2009. He served as a Director of Constellation Copper Corp. from June 21, 2002 to November 2006 and EMED Mining Public Limited from January 15, 2009 to February 8, 2012. Dr. Bhappu holds a Ph.D. in Mineral Economics from the Colorado School of Mines and M.S. and B.S. degrees in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Arizona."[1]
