Biographical Information
"Ruth started her career at the Bar, before entering employment with a consultancy firm in 1996. In 2002 she established her own consultancy business Ruth Ingman Ltd in Leicestershire. Ruth is the immediate past President of the Leicestershire Chamber of Commerce. She holds a number of non-executive positions with businesses in the city and county in both the public, private and third sector. She is a Fellow of the RSA and a patron of the Guild of St Martin."[1]
