"In April, 2005, due to a lack of funding, SRI made the difficult decision to dissolve as a 501(c)(3) corporation, but to continue operating as a nonprofit all-volunteer organization under same name, the same mission statement, and the same nonprofit mandate. Should SRI secure funding in the future, it will once again set up a corporate 501(c)(3) structure.
"Survivors' Rights International, Inc. (SRI) an organization whose aim is to raise public awareness about contemporary acts of genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes taking place around the globe." [1]
SRI is a member of the International Campaign to End Genocide (ICEG).
