Biographical Information

From 2007: "Tim Redmond, COO, also got his start in a natural food store in the late 60s and co-founded Eden Foods, Inc., one of North America's best known organic food companies. Redmond fostered Eden's early growth into the '80s as one of Eden's co-principals, and originated many Eden products. In the '80s he built thriving natural food retail and wholesale company in Ann Arbor, MI, and in 1985 helped to found America's first dedicated soymilk company, American Soy Products, makers of Edensoy Soymilk. As VP of Sales and Marketing, Redmond pioneered soymilk in supermarkets across the USA and co-created nationally popular VRUIT Pure Fruit and Vegetable Juice Blends. After two years of strategic consulting to other companies, Redmond joined Battendieri in forming Blue Horizon early this year "[1]

His daughter is Sara Snow.
