Biographical Information
"Victoria joined Look Ahead in 1981 as Organising Secretary and was appointed Chief Executive in 1986. Prior to this she worked for the Housing Corporation in regulation and for the Royal Association for Disability and Rehabilitation on housing policy. She was awarded the CBE in 2003 for services to homeless people in London. "[1]
