The Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA) is a trade association for companies involved in creating buzz for clients products via "word of mouth marketing". The WOMMA website states that it is "the only word of mouth marketing association that includes both online and offline word of mouth."[1] Their website includes an Influencer Handbook.[2]

History

WOMMA was created in in 2004 and states that its members are "committed to building a prosperous word of mouth marketing profession based on best practices, effective standards, and ethical leadership."
