Biography

Franklin B. Dryden served as Vice President of Administration for the Tobacco Institute, Inc. from 1968 to 1970. He was Senior Vice President of Administration in 1972 and Senior Vice President 1/25/73, 12/9/76, 122/8/77, 12/14/78 and 1/10/80. He was on the Budget Committee in 1974.
