Biography

Phil R. Fisher worked for Brown & Williamson in the RD&E Department as Leader of a Curing & Aging Group in 1967 and a Section Leader on Agronomy in 1970. Also, in the RD&E Department Fisher was Supervisor of the Leaf & Blend Area from 1972-73, Manager of Leaf Blending & (Domestic) Agriculture from 1985-88, and Division Head of Leaf Research & Agriculture from 1983-85.
