"Founded by T.J. Coles and Laura Baudin in 2014, the Plymouth Institute for Peace Research (PIPR) is a centre for interdisciplinary research groups and grassroots activists dedicated to peace and justice." [1] In 2017 they published Ian Baldwin's conspiracies about chemtrails. [1]
